Communicated by the Prime Minister's Media Adviser  Jerusalem, 7 November 1999 PM Barak: PA must prevent terrorists from harming peace process   Prime Minister Ehud Barak regards this morning's terrorist bombing in Netanya with utmost severity and sends his best wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured. He has ordered the security services to take urgent action to track down those responsible. Prime Minister Barak added, "My government is determined to crush terrorism and is doing - and will continue to do - everything in order to remove this threat to Israeli citizens' peace and security. The Government expects that the Palestinian Authority will act effectively to prevent terrorists from harming chances to advance the peace process."
