Communicated by Government Press Office Jerusalem, 25 February 1999 Comment on Sheinbein Decision   Following the High Court of Justice's rejection, today (Thursday), 25.2.99, of the U.S. extradition request against Samuel Sheinbein, suspected of murder in the State of Maryland, the Prime Minister's Office has released the following statement: "Israel is a country of law and due process, in which the High Court of Justice is the final arbiter, whose decision must be honored. We hope that the United States, a country similarly bound by due process, will accept the verdict of the Court, known for its independence and political neutrality."
