Please accept my hope that you will fulfill Ramadan, one of Islam's basic pillars, in the best tradition and in the spirit of religious freedom practiced in the State of Israel." "At the end of Ramadan, you will celebrate Id al-Fitr and my hope is that you will celebrate it this year, and in the years to come, in peace and tranquility."
