Justice Ministry Spokesman Jerusalem, 16 November 1997 Justice Minister comments on capture of terrorists The names of the two members of the Tzurif terrorist cell, captured by Israeli security forces last week, were included in the list of wanted men whose transfer by the Palestinian Authority to Israel was requested by Justice Minister Tsahi Hanegbi last September. The Justice Minister said today (Sunday) 16.11.97, "The capture of the murderers makes it clear to the terrorist organizations that the immunity afforded to them by the Palestinian Authority, as part of its violation of the Oslo Accords, will not prevent them from answering for their crimes."
